rain test

The company\’s rain test platform is established based on military testing standards but exceeds them. The military standard requires a rainfall rate of 6-8 mm/min, while our vehicle rain test platform has a rainfall rate of 12 mm/min. During the manufacturing process of vehicles, they must undergo three rain tests: the first after the exterior skin is completed and external facilities such as air conditioning and awnings are installed, to check the vehicle\’s seal; the second after the primer is applied; and the third after the entire vehicle is painted, for the final rain test. Throughout this process, if any leakage or issues are detected, repairs will be carried out.

Lamps and signs

Side light: 3 side sign lights are installed on each side of the tank 2, and the lamp wiring harness is sealed and fixed.

3M reflective strip: it is glued to the side and rear of the tank, and consists of red and white signs. The reflective strip should reflect the width and length of the cargo box, and meet the national standards of the territory
