It is utilized for the bulk transportation of granular dry materials such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, dry-mix mortar, ore powder, and granular alkali. Mainly supplied to cement plants, mixing stations, oilfield cementing operations, and large construction sites, it can save a significant amount of packaging materials and loading/unloading costs.

Lightweight: The tank volume ranges from 18 to 40 cubic meters, and the curb weight is 1-1.5 tons lighter than similar products.

High Strength: The tank is made of high-strength steel and manufactured using automatic longitudinal and circumferential welding processes, resulting in strong and aesthetically pleasing welds. The head is formed by one-time pressing, with a protrusion of nearly 300mm, enhancing the tank\’s pressure resistance and effectively preventing deformation.

Reliable Functionality: Equipped with a renowned brand air compressor, direct drive by the drive shaft (belt drive optional); the intake pipeline system and discharge system operate at a pressure of 0.2Mpa.

Fast Discharge: The discharge speed is 1.2-1.5m³/min, with a residual rate of ≤0.2%; the discharge height is ≥25 meters.

High Profitability: An optional external power discharge device is available, featuring fuel-saving, environmental protection, and high efficiency. This device can save 100 yuan per vehicle in discharge costs, amounting to 12,000 yuan per month for four trips a day. It is a patented product of Huawi Company and is legally protected.
